In Person
Tribe 12 is hosting a Queer learning series for Pride Month. Join R' Megan, Rabbinic Intern, Molly, and Rabbinic drop-out, Mick, for an exploration of queerness in Jewish history and text! What do the ancient Rabbis have to teach us about gender diversity? Did King David have a gay love affair with Jonathan? (Spoiler: Maybe, but also, yes.) Was Ruth in an asexual romantic relationship with Naomi? (Spoiler: Yes, but also, maybe). Come mess around and find out. Session Dates include: June 5,12,19 @6:00pm-8:30pm ________________________________ Tribe 12 connects people in their 20s/30s to Jewish life and community in Philadelphia today so they will choose to stay connected tomorrow.
