Join us for our 2nd annual HSES International Top Chef, where we share the rich culture of our HSES community while raising money for our school. Three HSES parent chefs will guide you via Zoom through learning yummy new dishes from the comfort of home: French, Turkish and Dominican.

All dishes are 10 or less ingredients and can be made in just one hour.

Look out for our 4th STUDENT chef on February 11!

January 7 at 6PM: Mangu con Tres Golpes

Miguelina Garcia, raised in a Dominican family shares this traditional Dominican breakfast (with mashed plantains, crispy fried cheese, fried salami, and sauteed onions): Mangu con Tres Golpes. Added bonus....Miguelina will teach ger classs in Spanish and English!

January 21 at 6PM: Cheese Soufflé

Claire Steichen, raised in a French household shares one of her favorite recipes, perfect comfort food for a cold January night: Cheese Soufflé with Salad

February 4 at 6PM: Mosaic Cake

Cigdem Yilmaz was born and raised in Turkey, where she also learned to cook Mediterranean dishes. Mosaic Cake is a no-cook recipe and everyone will love it!
