Since 1994, Workplace Fairness has been a trusted national voice for workers. What began as the National Employee Rights Institute in 1994 has grown into the country’s most comprehensive, free online resource on workers’ rights, helping millions understand and enforce their rights at work.

We’ve never charged a single worker for access. We’ve never taken corporate or government funding. We exist for one reason: to ensure that every worker, in every industry, has access to fair treatment, fair pay, and fair policies.

But today, that mission is at risk.
