This will be my 3rd year playing in the Coeur54 Tournament, and my first year as a member of the Board of Directors for the 54 Foundation. It was an honor to be asked to join the Board following last year's event and I am very excited to help this awesome group push forward and continue making an immense impact on our community.
This year we'll be supporting a vital group here in Coeur d'Alene, Safe Passage. Safe Passage was established in 1977 and is the largest agency serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and child abuse in North Idaho. They focus on providing children and adults with free and confidential services, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Given that this is a 'marathon' day of golf I figured I would double down to help Safe Passage and run an actual marathon for the first time as well! On May 24 I'll be running the CDA Marathon right here in town and your donations will fuel me through the last 5 miles when I'm sure my body will be hurting big time!
