At Ednovate, we believe in the power of community to create Positive Multigenerational Change (PMC). Our schools are built on the idea that we are Better Together—that when families, alumni, and students lift each other, they open doors to a brighter future. This year’s End-of-Year campaign is critical to helping 640 high school seniors take the driver’s seat and confidently move toward college. That’s what Positive Multigenerational Change looks like, students making choices, setting goals, and leading their families and communities forward. But no one gets there alone.

About Ednovate:

Since 2012, Ednovate has expanded its network to operating seven public, tuition-free, high-performing college prep high schools in Los Angeles and Orange County – USC Hybrid High College Prep, East College Prep, Legacy College Prep, Brio College Prep, Esperanza College Prep, South LA College Prep, and Encore Arts & Media College Prep High School. This past 2024-2025 school year, Ednovate schools served 2,700 students, of which 97% are students of color, 84% come from low-income households, and many of whom will be the first in their families to go to college. Since its inception, Ednovate has proudly realized a 100% college acceptance rate and continues to experience high demand for our schools with all of our campuses consistently exceeding enrollment goals and three of our campuses experiencing growing enrollment waitlists – reinforcing our growth plans of growing to 11 schools by 2030, bringing high-quality college prep to even more students in traditionally underserved communities.

Did you know that students experiencing poverty only have a 31% change of earning a living wage by age 30? But with strong academic outcomes, the likelihood nearly doubles to 58%. By contrast, students from middle and upper-income families have a 63% chance - highlighting the gap that Ednovate is working to close.

Ednovate remains strongly committed to closing the college attainment gap. Each year, we are graduating strong leaders who are unafraid to challenge the status quo and are empowered to continue breaking cycles of poverty, while positively impacting their families and communities. We have a proven track record of success, with our students consistently outperforming their peers in similar schools in California, and our high school graduation rate significantly higher than the state average. Ednovate is making a measurable difference in the lives of our students and families every day.
