Equipping Law Enforcement and Mental Health Professionals to Protect Vulnerable Children and Women

This October, For The One will return to Ecuador to equip law enforcement officers and mental health professionals with training, resources, and partnerships that strengthen their ability to protect vulnerable children and women from exploitation and abuse.

We believe lasting change happens when those on the front lines are equipped to prevent exploitation and respond effectively when it occurs.

Our mission is simple:

"For The One exists to equip, enhance, and empower nations to sustainably prevent and intervene in the exploitation and abuse of children and women bringing freedom, healing, and justice for decades to come."

To make this mission possible, we are seeking to raise $7,000 by September 20, 2026.

Where Your Support Goes

✈️ Airfare — $3,000
Round-trip travel to Ecuador.

🏨 Lodging — $1,000
Accommodations throughout the duration of the mission.

🍽️ Meals & Local Transportation — $1,500
Meals and transportation while conducting trainings and partnership meetings.

Materials and resources used to support training and collaboration efforts.

Unexpected travel costs, additional training opportunities, or follow-up support for local partners.

Children and women impacted by exploitation often encounter law enforcement officers and mental health professionals during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

When professionals understand trauma, victim-centered care, and effective intervention strategies, survivors are more likely to feel safe, be believed, receive appropriate support, and begin the healing process.

Every partnership strengthened creates a more coordinated response for those who need it most.
