By participating in this event, you and all members of your team agree to accept all rules and guidelines set forth.

Miles will only be accepted from the CAPTAIN of your team. We will not accept miles submitted by other team members. If an unforeseen situation arises with your Team’s Captain and he/she cannot continue, please notify us ASAP with the new captain. Please do not include other people’s miles who are not registered on your team.
Miles can be walked, run, or jogged indoors, outdoors, on treadmills – miles that are biked, driven, roller- bladed or anything other than walked/run/jogged will not be accepted.
The start of the Walk begins at 12:00AM PST March 2nd through 11:55PM PST March 8th, 2024.

How to submit your team's daily miles (for Team Captains only) –

Each participant must track their miles with a fitness application of their choice (Fitness, Samsung, Garmin, Fitbit, etc., are acceptable).
On a daily basis, fill out the Miles Submission Form and submit screenshots of miles daily. Here is the link to the Miles Submission Form: https://tinyurl.com/ypumd3vb.
Each team captain will submit one form per team daily. (Please appoint a captain for your team who will be responsible for submitting the form daily – if your form is not submitted on time it will not be included in your total tally of miles walked).
Miles MUST be submitted by the following day before 12:00 P.M PST (Pacific Standard Time). For example, miles walked on March 2nd need to be submitted by March 3rd before 12:00 pm PST by the team captain for the whole group.
Date and Mileage should be visible on the submitted screenshot. Other information (calories, steps, etc.) is okay to display, but not mandatory.
The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form.
