The Rooted in Relationships: Solutions Summit will illustrate best practices in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health so you leave with clear ideas and a direct connection to the champions doing the work.

As part of FAIMH’s 25th anniversary celebrations, this half-day gathering is not just about naming challenges — it’s about lifting up what works. Together, we will explore innovative solutions, successful models, and practical strategies shaping the future of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) in Florida.

Through keynote insights and real-world examples, participants will gain a clear sense of what’s happening, what’s working, and how we can grow stronger by investing in relationships — the root system of all healthy child development and resilient communities. Come ready to be inspired, connected, and grounded in solutions that ensure every baby and family in Florida can thrive.

Event 2 - 25th Anniversary Celebration + Awards Dinner

Friday November 14, 2025 from 5:00pm-8:30pm

In the evening, we will celebrate FAIMH's 25 year journey of growing the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health landscape in Florida. We'll celebrate individuals, programs, leaders, and partners with awards honoring their commitment to Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health and our principles of relationship-based, reflective practice with young children and families, nominated by their own peers in communities across Florida. (Nominations are open through October 15th) This evening will be a powerful tribute to the roots we’ve planted together, the relationships that have grown in community, and the bright futures we are building for Florida’s babies.

Location (all events): University of Miami Newman Alumni Center, 6200 San Amaro Drive Coral Gables, FL 33134

If you're driving in for the day, and need a place to rest + recharge in between events, we've reserved a comfortable space (Bruce & Robbi Toll Library) in the Newman Alumni Center for you. There will be comfortable spots, free internet, Sebastian's Cafe for coffee or a snack, and access to the Alumni Center's business center.
