Join the Beaver County Industrial Museum on Saturday, August 29, 2026, 10am-2pm, for a fun and informative day to celebrate Beaver County’s industrial heritage and our place in American history!

The museum’s 2026 summer season and America250 celebration will culminate with FORGING A NATION, an event that will take attendees on a journey through the centuries of Beaver County’s industrial history, from the grit and sacrifice of the glass workers of the 1800s, who created the first glass cooperative in the country; to the steelworkers and their families who ensured that labor rights were upheld by the US Supreme Court; to those who established the world’s first civilian atomic power plant.

The event will take place at the museum's property, located at 801 Plumb Street, Darlington, PA 16115
Arrive at any time between 10am and 2pm on August 29th
Check in at the registration table in front of the museum building
Stay for as long or short of a time as you would like
Outside, we'll have refreshments, a book sale, and giveaways
Guided tours inside the museum start every 20 minutes
