Meet the Speaker

Jessica Houston is a Johns Hopkins–trained nutritionist, public health professional, and mother. She is the founder of EpiNourished Institute, creator of Vitamin&Me, and author of EatClean30.

Through the EpiNourished Institute, Jessica has helped distribute more than 250,000 micronutrient grants across 74 countries, including all 50 U.S. states. Her research has been featured in The Lancet and other peer-reviewed journals, and her work has appeared in other print and media outlets such as NPR, Yahoo Finance, The Bump, NBC, and CBS. EpiNourished was also recognized as “The Best of Pregnancy” by The Bump.
