Who hasn’t been impacted by the big C? Cancer—whether it’s affected a loved one, friend, neighbor, teacher, or co-worker, nearly everyone has felt its presence in some way. We’re Ryan and Chloe, two best friends who share an unfortunate commonality. We’ve both seen the heavy impact of this disease first hand through the losses of both our mothers.

One day, we were talking and brainstorming ideas for how we could give back and be part of something bigger than ourselves. We realized we wanted to raise awareness, bring people together, and create an event that means something to us—and hopefully to you too. Despite the loss, we try to keep a positive outlook on life. Sure, we’ve both been through some really tough times, but those struggles have shaped us into the people we are today.

That’s why we’re hosting the F*ck Cancer Independent Event!!! We want to bring together all the amazing people who’ve supported us along the way, as well as anyone who believes in this cause. Whether you’re a close friend, a colleague, or a stranger who just hates cancer, we want you there!
