At FLYY, this is the heart of our work.

Youth and young adults come to us while navigating anxiety, trauma, identity questions, school pressures, relationship challenges, and other overwhelming life experiences. Many are deeply connected to their families, who are working hard to support them. FLYY exists to complement those supports, offering an additional space where young people can process, build skills, and feel understood during complex seasons of life.
