Family Matters builds strength by focusing on the ways that our community may be more effectively seen, heard, and valued. Thanks to the commitment and dedication of our families and our donors, we accomplished so much in 2025. Here are some examples:

Connected Neighbors: We rang out important news across our neighborhood with the Family Matters Community Bell.
Clearer Vision: We hosted our 3rd Annual Community Vision Clinic, providing essential eye care that had been out of reach for many families.
Environmental Sustainability: We invested in a sustainable future and moved our building several steps closer to being fossil-fuel free by installing solar panels, more efficient heating, and new electric appliances.
Hands-On Education: We provided transformative first-time-experience field trips, sparking curiosity and opening new worlds to our youth.
