"Food, glorious food," sang Oliver Twist. Many of us take it for granted that we will have all the glorious food we want, and then some. For many refugees who have lost their SNAP benefits, they are struggling to feed their families and struggling with anxiety about their future. Right now, in the midst of the sudden changes in who is eligible to receive SNAP benefits, we can do something to help.

For the month of February, we want to put our Valentine LOVE into action through giving GIFT CARDS. More specifically, we are asking for gift cards to PRICE RITE and WALMART only, since these are stores that are most convenient, affordable, and have the types of food they need. You can purchase the gift cards yourself and drop them off at one of our two locations, or you can donate here and we will purchase the gift cards for you. We are asking for $25, $50, and $100 gift cards, or donations in any amount. $6000 will provide 60 families with $100 worth of food. We will distribute them as needed.
