Fox News, FOX Corp., and the Murdoch family lied to the American people about the 2020 election — all to protect their profits. Owning a news station isn’t just a business; it’s a public trust. The Murdochs and their senior management violated that trust, showing they lack the character the FCC requires of those broadcasting over the public airwaves.

The Media and Democracy Project filed a Petition demanding a hearing on whether FOX should keep its broadcast licenses for it's local TV stations, but the FCC denied our request. That's allowed Trump’s hand-picked FCC Chairman to weaponize the FCC against Trump's perceived enemies while Fox gets off scot-free. We can't let that happen.
