Your gift today offers Knoxville and East Tennessee families experiencing homelessness or facing housing instability the promise of home. Family Promise of Knoxville is the only shelter option in Knoxville that offers space to all types of families with minor children. We support two parent families, single fathers, single mothers with boys over 15 years old, and multi-generational families.

Since July 2005, Family Promise of Knoxville has served hundreds of families with children experiencing homelessness in Knox County and the surrounding area. Through the incredible support of our faith-based congregations and churches, we have been a place of safety, shelter, and certainty while a family rebuilds their life. Together, our network of more than 1500 volunteers, clergy, local businesses and organizations, board members, and staff strive to give families the space to work out their own story of renewal and a second chance. We are looking for the best way to equip, encourage, and empower parents to pursue their dream of home-ownership and independence.
