Careers in grooming, veterinary medicine, training, pet sitting, animal wellness, rescue, entrepreneurship, product development, and pet business leadership are often overlooked.

FPLA was created to change that.

Through mentorship, education, scholarships, leadership development, workshops, and real-world career exposure, we help youth discover purpose, build confidence, and explore meaningful career paths in the pet industry.
