A Place of Healing and Hope

Nestled on nearly 400 acres of tranquil countryside, Bethany Children's Home has been a sanctuary for troubled youth for over 100 years. Within its historic cottages and meandering paths, healing and transformation occur each day.

For Eva, 21, Bethany gave her a second chance after years of abuse and neglect. After leaving the Home to attend college Eva returned to thank the individuals and the only Home she knew, "This place saved my life," she says. "For the first time, I felt safe, cared for, and hopeful about my future."

The campus itself plays a vital role. Shooting hoops on the basketball court gives energy and joy during difficult times. Quiet walks along the Brook Path lead to meaningful conversations and gentle wisdom. Religious services in the chapel and youth groups rekindle depleted spirits and help the youth maintain focus on their journey.

But after decades of constant use, these sacred spaces are weathering. The basketball court surface is cracked and uneven. Weeds and overgrowth obscure the Brook Path. The chapel wall is crumbling, desperately needing repairs.

We are raising $146,000 to restore these spaces so they can continue providing comfort and guidance. A gift of any amount helps us ensure that current and future youth have the facilities they need to heal.
