Family Movie Night!

Friday March 1st we will be showing the movie Inside Out:

After young Riley is uprooted from her Midwest life and moved to San Francisco, her emotions - Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness - conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house, and school

Refreshments of Pizza, Popcorn (courtesy of Somerville Theater!) and drinks will be served for an optional donation! Bringing your own filled water bottle is encouraged!

Info to make everyone’s Movie Night fun and safe:

Tere will be a combination of floor seating, folding chairs, and cafeteria tables. You’re welcome to bring picnic blankets or floor seating like cushions or small floor chairs!

Student Expectations:

No students can be dropped off or come in without an adult, no matter what grade you are in. Sorry, no exceptions.
Remember you are at school and school rules are still in effect. Any serious behavior issues will be reported to the Principal and you could be asked to leave.
Please listen to all instructions from the PTA volunteers running the event. We are following the rules that the Principal has asked us to enforce for everyone’s safety.
No running anywhere in the building.
Attendees are allowed only in the cafeteria. The gym will be closed except for access to the bathrooms.
Please leave phones / other electronics at home or with your grownup during the movie.
Movie theater behavior is expected - minimal talking, staying seated as much as possible, trying not to disturb friends’ ability to enjoy and hear the movie.

Grownup Expectations:

Enter and exit through the Sartwell Ave doors ONLY. No one should enter through the front of the school.
Every student must enter with a responsible grownup. Grownups will be in charge of their students for the entire event, so plan to be there for the whole movie and help supervise your own student(s) throughout the event.
There will be an area in the back of the cafeteria for grownups to chat quietly.
Please help us keep students from entering the hallways, the stage area, and behind the stage.
The only available bathrooms are in the gym.
