Our Needs:

🎄 Giant Light Decorations & Photo Corners — $100 each
We plan to create several large Christmas displays and photo corners around the property.
Need 5 new creations.
💡 Light Strands (300 ft) — $45 each
We need 10 to complete the light maze.
🐐 Petting Zoo Corrals + Treat Feed — $50 each
This covers fencing repairs and new small petting zoo corals and a special sweet feed mix that keeps our friendly animals coming to the fence for visitors.

🪵 Wood & Supplies — $25 each
Covers OSB cutouts, wood poles for the maze, and Christmas market light poles. Need as much as possible
✨ Icicle & Accent Lights — $25 each
Used to decorate our market booths, fences, pavilion, entrance, and parking area — creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Need 20 sets.
👗 Nativity Costumes — $15 each
Helps dress volunteers for our live Nativity scene.
Need 10 costumes.
🎁 Church Outreach Packets (Set of 10) — $10 each
We’re preparing 100+ packets for guests: including glow sticks for kids, candy canes, and printed gospel materials.
☕ Hot Tea for Guests — $5 each
Help us offer warm tea to families who visit during Christmas on the Farm.
Your gift covers tea, cups, sugar, and supplies to serve our guests throughout the festival.

🔌 Help Keep the Lights On — $75 per hour
Running the lights for the festival uses a significant amount of power.
Your gift helps us cover electricity costs so the lights can shine bright for families to enjoy.

This winter, The Farm is set to transform into a captivating Christmas market, drawing inspiration from the cherished festive traditions of Europe and America. Our aim is to create a lively and heartwarming space where families can gather to celebrate the season, savor traditional foods and drinks, and explore a unique "Walk through Bethelehem: Christmas Light Maze" that brings the nativity story to life in a festive way.

To make this vision a reality, we are reaching out for your support. Our camp, primarily utilized by our church for community outreach and fostering relationships, is situated in an area with a little to no Christian presence. This festival is not just an event; it's an opportunity to connect, share Christ, and create lasting memories.

From purchasing supplies and constructing the Christmas Light Maze to adorning the market, every detail counts in crafting an immersive and enchanting experience for our guests. Additionally, we need to arrange a proper parking lot in the front of our property for people to safely park and enjoy the expereince!

The heart of our festival's visual appeal, these lights are crucial in creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.

These are essential for the smooth running of the festival, including utilities and maintenance.

Church / Mission Promotional Items:

These materials are vital for sharing information about our church and mission, helping us connect with visitors and extend our community outreach.
