In a compelling continuation of an age-old story, Eden’s Twilight picks up where the biblical narrative of Adam and Eve left off, taking viewers on an emotional exploration of the angst experienced by the world’s first couple in the aftermath of their disobedience in the Garden of Eden. This musical stage film is the third produced by Justin Rizzo’s burgeoning studio, Firelight Creative, in as many years. The prolific songwriting duo of brothers Justin and Jon Rizzo, along with Chris Geil, delivers 17 original and moving songs. In addition to co-writing the score, Geil penned the original script, which delves into the relationship between Adam and Eve, and their desperation to return to the innocence they knew in Eden. Banished from the only home they have ever known, the two are forced to face the traumatic consequences of their sin. Feeling abandoned by God, can they trust their Creator to somehow eradicate the veil between them and the paradise for which they yearn?

WHO WE ARE

Firelight Creative Productions is a 501(c)(3) non-profit creative studio of writers, composers, actors, and filmmakers creating truth-centered art to empower the Great Commission.

THE PROBLEM

The Center for Disease Control says that kids ages 8-18 spend an average of 7.5 hours in front of screens each day for entertainment. That statistic is directly correlated to the fact that over 66% of American young adults who attended church in high school say they stopped attending between the ages of 18-22.

There is a new frontier of missions today - it is screens.

THE CALL

What are we as the church doing in the wake of this crisis in our culture? How are we working to replace the stream of dark entertainment that is leading millions to hopelessness and depression? Today’s culture lacks excellent content that shares the stories of the Bible with our youth in engaging ways. This is why I started Firelight Creative.

THE SOLUTION

We want to meet people where they are by stepping into their screens with content that awakens dead hearts to life in Jesus. Firelight Creative exists to capture the imagination with the wonder of God. As a creative studio of writers, composers, actors, and filmmakers, we want to awaken the human heart to experience God's love and truth. OUR CURRENT PROJECT

We are currently in production on a brand new movie called Eden's Twilight. Eden’s Twilight begins the moment Adam and Eve are banished from the Garden of Eden. As they try desperately to get back in, they are forced to face the fear and trauma of their circumstances as they figure out what to do, where to go, and who to trust.
