We could have never expected Moz's recovery to take so. dang. long. after her surgery gone wrong in December. We thought our trailer would be sufficient for her to heal in while she was in and out of Purdue, until she could move on to less restrictions and getting back to "normal" life. Moz has now been through more surgeries than we can count, more vet visits, more issues, more time needed to heal. But she's ALIVE! And that's what's important.

Moz still has months of healing ahead before she can have what we hope will be her final surgery to correct her hernia for the last time. But her wound on her stomach has to fully heal before she can have that surgery. Moz still needs a space that can be kept perfectly clean, with very restricted activity, while her wound heals and while she heals after the next surgery. Our trailer has been the perfect space for that, but since this is taking so dang long, we need something more for her.

Moz deserves a better space to heal. We have taken our time to figure out the perfect space for her and we are ready to build!! But this is a group project and we need your help to make it a reality for Mozzy!!! If everyone could just "purchase" one item off our list, we would be ready to build tomorrow! Oh and that's exactly what we need to do....

My plan was to start this fundraiser later in the week. But this heat wave has proven that we literally need this stall ASAP. Yesterday Moz's stall got too hot, despite multiple fans and ways to keep her cool. We were able to keep Moz cool and safe. And this heat is letting up for just a few days, but by this weekend it will be back. We can easily keep Moz's new stall much cooler, so we are incredibly hopeful we can get this done before Saturday when the weather gets bad again. But I absolutely mean it when I say we need YOU to help. Please just donate for one or two items off this list so we can get this perfect space done for Moz and keep her safe while she heals.
