The FED-UP Coalition is raising funds to continue our fight to STOP the Hard Rock casino (a.k.a “Metropolitan Park”) from coming to Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Your donation will support organizing costs (flyers, banners, signs, rally materials, etc) and a potential legal campaign to challenge the casino application. Guardians of Flushing Bay, a member of the FED-UP Steering Committee, will act as the fiscal sponsor for FED-UP fundraising.

The proposed casino would take 78 acres of public land and convert it into a Vegas-style mega-development, increasing social harms and environmental impacts for generations to come. FED-UP, a coalition of nonprofits, community groups, and residents, is one critical component of an interconnected community defense network collaborating to STOP this predatory casino.
