This groundbreaking event takes a broad view of the future of food, from utilizing food as medicine to using artificial intelligence to grow crops without soil! We will learn about the benefits of diets focused on whole (i.e., unprocessed), organic, locally grown and seasonal, and plant-based)--and how those benefits extend beyond improving personal health to actually contributing to the reversal of climate change. We will learn from farmers and researchers focused on soil health and regenerative methods of farming on land and sea. We will even have cooking demonstrations, because the key to a whole food diet is knowing how to cook!

Our goal is for every single person attending the event, whether in-person or virtually, to leave with an action they can take RIGHT NOW to help them on their journey towards better health or to create a more sustainable future.
