In the past several years, we've lost many people we love dearly to cancer. Cancer took my bonus Dad, my father and mother-in-laws (including Michelle's mother-in-law from her late husband), close friends, and many more. Their collective deaths continually remind me to live, to go for my dreams, and to do hard things for those who can't.

My dad Mart loved the mountains deeply, and my father-in-law dared to climb many prominent peaks during his lifetime, inspiring me to live fully. In honor of so many unique humans who've passed from cancer, I'm climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, carrying all their names on Tibetan prayer flags and honoring their existence.

Please help me raise money to bring this beast of a disease to an end. With each donation, we will write the name of your loved one on the Tibetan Prayer Flags, which I will take to the summit.

Climb for Hope is an incredible organization, and I'm blessed to be part of this journey. For Brandon, Mitch, Mart, Quentin, Betty, Thu, Christine, and more, I will climb, and from the summit (if I'm able), I will send their hopes and dreams to the wind.
