Join Fluidity for this eclectic concert, presented in honor of Women's History Month. The concert will feature works by women composers, from Amy Beach (1867-1944), the first successful American female composer of large-scale art music, to Ysaye Barnwell (of Sweet Honey in the Rock fame), born in 1946. We will also sing a sweet, beloved Chinese folk song in Mandarin.

A portion of the proceeds from this concert will go to benefit Lydia's House - offering safe, stable and supportive housing to women and children in crisis and transition in Greater Cincinnati.

This concert is a collaboration with the Walnut Hills Chamber and Women's Ensemble Choirs, Heri Et Hodie, and Vox Veritatis.

Fluidity, a Creative Choral Community for a Cause, holds event-concerts to raise awareness for partner non-profit organizations. We think of ourselves as creative doers supporting the needs in our community. Supporting an event with a themed concert is a unique and meaningful way to pay it forward, while making a real difference.
