As Giving Tuesday 2025 approaches, our staff wants to pause and simply say thank you. Year after year, ARISE has been sustained by the faithfulness of God through the generosity of those who share our heart for the next generation. Your prayers, encouragement, and financial support have allowed us to continue serving the Korean American second-generation who are navigating faith, identity, and belonging within the church here in New England. Because of your partnership, ARISE has been able to remain a place where students and young adults can come as they are, encounter the love of Christ, and grow together under one banner.

Your generosity has enabled ARISE to continue contending for the next generation, keep costs as reasonable as we can, and offer scholarships for those who couldn’t otherwise afford the full price. We have worshipped together and witnessed students come into greater awareness of themselves and of the God that loves them. We’ve been able to facilitate space for young adults to find spiritual resilience in community, and many have returned year after year to serve and mentor others. What you’ve given has not only covered expenses but has also formed new connections and helped nurture a generation of believers who are learning to love, desire, and serve Jesus wholeheartedly.

So, this Giving Tuesday, our message is simple: thank you for being part of this journey. Every dollar given and every prayer shared has carried this ministry forward. We are deeply grateful for how God continues to use your partnership to sustain and strengthen ARISE. If you feel led to give again this season, your contribution will be deeply appreciated and used to continually foster a space for the next generation to encounter Christ in meaningful ways. Thank you for walking with us—past, present, and future—as we seek to love and serve the next generation of the Korean Church together.

Although this message is, above all, an expression of our deep gratitude, we are also continuing our Givebutter campaign to support ARISE’s growing young adult ministry. Every dollar raised this season will go directly toward our winter retreat, Dwelling Place, for college students and young adults. Your generosity will provide financial aid and help us keep retreat rates low amidst rising costs—ensuring that anyone who desires to come can do so. Thank you for helping us create a space where young adults can pause, breathe, and be formed in the presence of God.
