Why We Support the Wonderfund

Hi everyone! My name is Alanna, and I’m excited to host Dante’s Pace Cadets, which is a step challenge in honor of my son, Dante (the biggest Buzz Lightyear fan). Before I was able to adopt Dante, he was my foster son for almost 2 years. During that time, the Wonderfund played a crucial role in our lives. The support we received allowed Dante to enjoy the simple joys of childhood during a challenging time for our family.

Thanks to the Wonderfund, we were able to participate in enriching activities that brought us closer together and created lasting memories. Their assistance eased my worries about affording these experiences, allowing Dante to be a child when he needed it most.

This step challenge is my way of giving back and rallying our community to support the Wonderfund, ensuring that other families can experience the same joy and opportunities that we did. Together, we can make a meaningful difference!

Challenge Details
- Duration: July 14th to August 24th (6 weeks of stepping!)
- Entry Donation: You must donate at least $1 by July 13th to participate in the steps challenge.
- Donation Period: Donations can be made until August 24th, which is the last day of our steps challenge.
-Donation Goal: We hope to raise $500 for the Wonderfund through our challenge!

Prizes
The participant with the most steps at the end of the challenge will win a fun prize! (Stay tuned for details on the prize!)

How to Join:

Sign up by July 13th.
Download the StepUp app for free, create an account, and enter our group link to participate. (Reach out to me directly for the group link)
Start stepping on July 14th and track your daily steps until the challenge is over.
Share your progress and inspire others!
