More Than a Round of Golf

For 22 years, our Charity Golf Scramble has brought friends together for an afternoon of golf, competition, and fun. But for us, it's always been about more than golf.

Every team and every sponsor helps Grassroots strengthen Waco neighborhoods—helping families prepare for homeownership, repairing homes for neighbors in need, and developing residents who want to make a difference in their communities.

And we want our golfers to experience a little of that mission along the way.

Every player receives a copy of our Grassroots newsletter, and throughout the course, they'll meet members of our staff who have a challenge waiting for them: answer a question about Grassroots correctly and we'll take a stroke off your team's score! Don't worry—the answer is somewhere in the newsletter.

It's our way of mixing a little Grassroots into the golf.

You may come hoping for a great round and a low score. We hope you leave knowing a little more about the families, homes, and neighborhoods you're helping us invest in.
