2025 is the 10th year of the Bulldog Dash 5k Run/Walk!🎉

The Dash began in 2015, founded by Hamburg Health Science Academy President Conor Long as a way to encourage healthy movement and promote the newly established Health Science Academy. In July 2018, we tragically lost Conor in a hiking accident. That year’s Dash was held in honor of Conor, and every Dash since has been held in celebration of Conor. Over the 10 years, the Dash has made it through COVID, several course changes, construction, and weather issues!

The Hamburg Health Science Academy and the Hamburg Bulldogs Booster Club have had a great time organizing this event. We have supported ConnectLife with donations totaling close to $5,000. The Dash was also a major fundraiser for the Hamburg Health Science Academy and the Hamburg Bulldogs Booster Club. With all that, the two groups have decided to make this the last Dash. SO, let's make this the biggest and best yet! Register TODAY!
