This all-inclusive ticket covers the metaphysical fair entry fee, readings, and all events throughout the evening. In addition to the comprehensive ticket package, all VIPs have the ability to schedule readings during the metaphysical fair, eliminating the need to sign up at the door.

Metaphysical Fair Entry: General Admission 12 - 7pm ($15)

The metaphysical fair will feature a variety of metaphysical products. Tarot, Reiki, and Past Life Readings are included in your general admission, as well as other metaphysical services. VIP Tickets ($95) will have the option to book these services in advance and those with General Metaphysical Tickets will be able to sign up for metaphysical services and will be called in order of the list. There is no additional fee for these services, but tips are appreciated.

Dinner and Gallery Readings at JP's: 7-9pm ($25)

Gallery readings offer an extraordinary evening filled with inspiration and healing. A group gathers to experience the profound impact of messages from departed loved ones, creating a truly uplifting and spiritual atmosphere. The comforting connections, healing energy, and loving messages shared are deeply transformative.

Join us at JP's 207 (207 W Main St, Washington, IA) from 7-9pm for an All You Care to Eat Appetizer Buffet (including chips, dips, paninis, pizzas, dessert and more). Psychic mediums will doing gallery readings during dinner.

Your ticket includes both the dinner and gallery readings. A cash bar will be available. Paranormal inspired drink specials offered throughout the dinner.

Restaurant is located in the basement level below the downtown and is only accessible by stairs. A handrail is available.

Gluten free options are available by request.

Movie and Paranormal Investigation: 9pm - 12:30am ($25)

Join us at 9pm at the State Theater (which is the oldest continuously operating theatre in the world) to watch the new release, Joker: Folie à Deux. Afterward, join the Riverside Iowa Paranormal experts to investigate the eerie past and present of the State Theater.

*Due to unexpected changes with film and cinema rights, the movie is subject to last minute changes. Ticket holders will be notified of any changes and offered an opportunity to receive a refund if the new movie isn't acceptable.

Victorian View Investigations, Fireside Chat, and Slumber Party ($50)

Experience the house and grounds at night! Join the Riverside Iowa Paranormal (R.I.P.) team as they investigate the home, from basement to attic.

A fireside chat will be available for late-night conversations with RIP team members, if weather allows.

For those who want to immerse themselves in the experience, we invite you to spend the night after the investigations end around 2am (approximate). An old-fashioned slumber party will be available for attendees to spend the night in many of the Victorian home's rooms. Overnight guests will need to bring their own sleeping bags and pillows.

Air mattresses are not allowed and guest check-out is 7am.
