The act of giving is so powerful when we come together to support our community. Several times throughout the year our patients inform us that they've been facing unforeseen challenges.

The reality is... Hard times, adversity, misfortune, hard knocks, bad breaks, difficulties, tough luck... Whatever you call it - we will face it at one time or another. The good news is that these hardships don't define us! It's how we bounce back from those hardships and how we support one another.

Some of these challenges that our patients face mean that they are unable to:

Access our health care services (Medical, Dental, Vision, Psychology) due to not having the funds to pay for an office visit
To get transportation because they can't afford it at this time
To have access to nutritious meals
To get medication for their untreated chronic condition
To get access to basic needs essentials (toiletries, hygiene products, shelter, etc.)
