Regardless of what is happening in the world, everyday people experience vision loss. Due to COVID many people with vision loss did not get the usual services and support they needed. Vision loss impacts everyone differently, but we know that support and resources during this time can mean the difference between depression and a happy and full life. Your support helps people struggling with vision loss to live their best lives.

Education:

Hope Vision Foundation built several Online Courses available at www.hvflearn.teachable.com during the pandemic.

In 2022 we are planning 3 in person vision workshops in Tacoma, Olympia and Gig Harbor. Your gift can help make these workshops high quality events that are free to attendees. Each workshop costs about $3,000 to $5,000 to rent the space, get the word out, set up AV, print handouts and supply a meal and refreshments.

Devices:

Our device lending library is growing. We are accepting donations and looking to purchase new needed devices.

Vision Rehabilitation:

We have a qualified Occupational therapist we would like to hire to improve services in the Thurston and Mason Counties. We need your help to bring them on board.
