Who is Buddy Up for Life?

Expect More, Be More - this is our guiding philosophy at Buddy Up for Life. We provide individuals with Down syndrome life-changing opportunities through tennis, fitness, and pickleball programs. Our mission is to develop brave athletes who gain self-worth and confidence on the court, empowering them to conquer challenges and achieve their fullest potential off the court.

We embrace what it means to live with Down syndrome, fostering a supportive community that includes partners, teachers, volunteers, and families. Together, we help our participants create and live a life that redefines expectations and breaks traditional boundaries. The benefits of our programs extend beyond the court, enriching participants' social circles, enhancing their achievements at school and work, and positively impacting family life.

By supporting us, you can help provide the resources needed to nurture our Athletes, enabling them to expect more from themselves and the world around them. Join us in our mission to Be More!
