In 2023, Baby Lukie was diagnosed with a rare, neurodevelopment disorder called ZTTK. Discovered only in 2016, there are no known cures or treatments.
At 2 years old, Lukie’s journey is filled with immense hurdles. He relies on a feeding tube and has yet to crawl, walk, or speak... Despite these obstacles, he amazes us with resilience, joy, and courage every day.
We are racing against the clock to work with dedicated scientists, and the ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation to develop treatments or a cure for Lukie and other ZTTK patients.
