VSAA Orchestra is joining the global day of generosity today, Tuesday, December 2!

We’re aiming to raise $8,000 (or more!) in 24 hours to help sustain the VSAA Orchestra program. The funds raised will allow us to:

replace broken equipment like chairs and music stands
repair and maintain instruments. Believe it or not, the strings on shared instruments haven't been changed in 8 years!
work with guest sectional coaches who will work with members of a specific instrument group practice their specific part, working on details like tuning, rhythm, fingering, bowing, tone, and musicality
travel to festivals and competitions
