The Junior League of Indianapolis (JLI) proudly presents the 2025 Women’s Leadership Summit, Build Her Up: Elevating Every Voice, Empowering Every Leader, on Monday, March 3, 2025, on the Salesforce Court at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Open to the public for the first time, this transformative event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Allison Barber, former President and COO of the WNBA’s Indiana Fever and Chair of the Marvella Foundation, and aims to inspire and empower women leaders across the region. With engaging speakers and networking opportunities, the Summit will advance women's leadership for meaningful community impact while raising funds to support the JLI mission.

The JLI is honored to welcome Dr. Barber as the keynote speaker. With a career spanning education, public service, and professional sports leadership, Dr. Barber brings invaluable insights and experiences. Her inspiring address will motivate attendees to embrace their potential and drive positive change in their communities.
