Martha's House of Hope, located in Ames, Iowa, is a place of refuge for pregnant and parenting women in need. We provide housing, essential resources, and most importantly, hope to those who walk through our doors.

We are thrilled to announce that after 7 years of renting our maternity home, Martha's House of Hope has been gifted our very own house! This generous donation marks a new chapter in our journey towards helping those in need. However, we cannot do it alone. We need your support to turn this house into a home for the women and children under our care.

At our recent annual gala, we shared this exciting news and raised $35,750 towards our goal of $50,000 for the necessary renovations. With your help, we can make Martha's House of Hope a warm and welcoming space for our residents. Here are some of the projects we have planned:

1. Replace the porch roof to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.
2. Upgrade the HVAC system for efficient heating and cooling throughout the house.
3. Tear out the old carpets on the main level and install durable vinyl flooring for easy maintenance.
4. Create a beautiful backyard oasis for our moms and babies, complete with a swingset, picnic table, and outdoor seating for relaxation and playtime.
