We are very grateful to embrace this next chapter of our journey in offering our medicines in a new and old way. Most of you know us as Leighla of Corazon Verde Yerbas and Al of Santos Suerte. Together we are The Medicine Bag, a treasure trove of knowledge and wisdom that has been passed down to us by our teachers, lived experiences, and most importantly our ancestors.

Our vision of this space is to hold intimate classes, 1:1 sessions consisting of clinical herbal consultations and spiritual counseling. A space where you can get custom made formulations, herbal medicine refills as well as find locally curated medicines not only made by us but also by other local QT2SBIPOC herbalist in our communities.

We understand that by opening our doors means we are stepping further into our paths as traditional medicine keepers. Which is why we ask with great humility for assistance in raising funds to support the development of this prayer. We are asking for $5,000 to help cover move in cost (deposit + first months rent), to buy furnishings, and supplies. Whatever is left over will be used for those slower months so we can ensure that this space will remain open for our communities.

If you are unable to support us financially we get it! Life is hard especially in late stage capitalism, if you can share this with your friends, families, and social media pages that is more than helpful. We will also have an option where if you feel called and have the means to support us with a monthly donation you will receive an in store shopping discount and a members only monthly tea.
