Green School Vieques established in 2022, relies on the generous support of individuals like you. Help us raise $5,000 for the our 2024 scholarship program, empowering local children with transformative educational opportunities. Our ultimate goal? To offer this opportunity to four bright minds next year.

Inspired Lifelong Learners: Our bilingual elementary / middle school programs on Vieques Puerto Rico go beyond traditional classrooms. We have dynamic incubators, committed to cultivating creativity, ingenuity, and adaptability in our youth—essential skills for navigating the challenges of the modern world.

From Dream to Reality, Step by Step: Our journey began in 2019 with a beachside summer camp and grew into a community effort. In 2022, a generous donation of a studio apartment location enabled us to launch our early endeavors. Now, with our move in September 2023 into the new Green School facility with a library, and an outdoor theater, we're ready to expand educational opportunites on the island.

Innovative Self-Directed Education: Our educational program provides plenty of hands-on experiences, by spearheading quests that involve team-building, public speaking, and creative application. From engaging robotics workshops to real-world business projects, each initiative nurtures practical skill sets, shaping young minds into capable, creative individuals.

The Financial Challenge: With an average annual income of $14,000 on the island, (Vieques population of 8,000), needs charitible donations in order to provide additional educational resources. We need your support to expand and provide Viequenses educational opportunities. Our initial goal is to raise $5,000 for one scholarship, but our dream is to extend this opportunity to four deserving Viequenses students next year.
