Our journey of faith is not meant to be walking alone.

We are hosting drop-in listening groups designed for those curious about the group companionship journey. These introductory sessions provide a welcoming space to explore a different prayer practice while experiencing a simplified format of group spiritual direction.

Our Wonder Aloud team will facilitate a contemplative prayer reflection session where we focus on being present to one another, listening to Spirit of God together, for the sake of the other. This format of intentional group listening fosters an environment of openness and care, giving participants the freedom of not giving advice or trying to fix others as we listen, while deepening awareness of God in yours and each other's life.

This is free to attend and does not require additional commitment but is meant to give insight as to what joining a cohort committed to group spiritual direction would look like. Each session is capped at 12 participants to maintain an intimate setting and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A minimum of 3 participants is needed for the session to take place. This is also a wonderful opportunity to introduce friends to group spiritual direction in a welcoming and accessible format. We offer multiple dates of the same experience. Check back often as we will continue to add future dates.
