We are so excited to be starting our third year in the non-profit world.

In 2023, we had our first partnership to create a Hydroponic Systems Scholarship giveaway to 8 Schools in 8 states in the Northeast U.S. The schools are excelling at growing and we continue to enjoy being a part of their programs. Each School received a Hydroponic System along with a 1-on-1 training from our Next Generation Harvest Team.

Our Journey is new and very exciting and continuously changing. We are expanded our reach as we speak but we continue to focus on our mission: Giving Access to Youths thru Adults through Education and Vocation for a Sustainable Life.

Here is our story:

Lifetime Entrepreneur, New CEO, Sales Profit Maverick and Future Thinker, Shelley Mathews has used the skills and knowledge of professional sales, marketing and business creation to offer access of education, food and jobs through growing plants hydroponically (“in water”). She started her destiny in entrepreneurship as a child with a dream, lemon-aide stand and side-hustles throughout adulthood to obtain money. Her journey from sales rep to VP of sales for top brands (Memorex, Rubbermaid, Crayola, McGraw-Hill Children’s Publish. and Dixon Ticonderoga), solidified a track-record of success and confidence needed to leave corporate life and start her company FullCircle26 Inc.(FC26I) in January 1, 2017 as a sales organization. Knowing that she could do more for her community she founded her first non-profit in 2022 called Next Generation Harvest Foundation. Next Generation Harvest’s Mission: Giving Access to Youths thru Adults through Education and Vocation for a Sustainable Life with the 3D Model of Sustainability ™.

As a country girl, Shelley returned to her roots of gardening and desire to make a difference by offering the future of farming to children, consumers, farmers and businesses through hydroponic and technology-based plant growing and training.

Both company's provides a 3D Model of Sustainability ™ for STEM Education, Food/Health, Mental Wellness, & enterprise; resulting in excitement of seed to harvest plant growing in children and adults alike. FC26I’s new training model was launched in 2020 during covid to provide virtual support & expertise for clients. One of Shelley’s confirmation of living in purpose was the journey back to her grade-school to start an urban hydroponic lab with the Dominican Center for Women in Milwaukee, WI.

This life changing experience opened her eyes to the challenges faced by childhood area residents due to lead-filled soil, lack of fresh produce, high crime and lack of jobs. The Center has one of the most advance hydroponic labs in the country and an outstanding model for non-profit organizations seeking STEM Education, fresh vegetables and revenue opportunities. She & her team of experts provide growing solutions using the 3D Model of Sustainability ™ to create programs to fit all clients needs leading to success!
