Guardian Ride- 2Wheels, 1 Mission

At just two years old, Trey was diagnosed with ATRT, a rare and aggressive brain cancer. During his three-year battle, he endured multiple brain surgeries, high-dose chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, radiation, and countless hospital stays. Through every challenge, Trey continued to smile, love deeply, and remind everyone around him what true strength looked like. On February 12, 2026, Trey gained his wings, but his light, courage, and legacy continue to shine.

In partnership with Mighty Meshaun & The Militia, riders, families, and supporters unite for one powerful purpose: to raise awareness for pediatric cancer, support children and their families, and carry Trey's legacy forward with hope and purpose.

Every mile ridden and every life touched is a reminder that no child or family should ever fight this battle alone. Every donation helps advance our mission to provide hope, comfort, and meaningful support to pediatric cancer families receiving treatment on the 7 West Oncology Unit at Norton Children's Hospital here in Louisville, KY.

The Guardian Ride is more than a motorcycle ride. It is a promise that Trey's life will continue to make a difference. It is a movement fueled by courage, compassion, and faith, a community united to honor one extraordinary little boy by fighting for every child still in the battle.
