CITY ON THE HILL 2025 WILL BE HELD JULY 14th - JULY 19th AT PEPPERDINE UNIVERSITY IN MALIBU, CA. City on the Hill (COTH) is a project of Capitol Resource Institute, a non-profit organization devoted to promoting and protecting Judeo-Christian values in the public square. To this end, COTH was created to give high school students a real-world, behind-the-scenes perspective into how state governments function. While no experience is necessary, applicants must display an interest in public policy and a desire to learn about the legislative process. Those who are selected will participate in a challenging and informative week at Pepperdine University. COTH Family Dessert Banquet (Optional)

Dessert banquet reservations are $15 per person for family and friends. Student costs are included in tuition.

Bedding Fee Per Student (Optional)

$25.00

An optional fee for those who would like to rent bedding and towels from Pepperdine University.

This Includes:
- Sheets
- Blanket
- Pillow/pillowcase
- 2 Body Towels
- 1 Hand Towel
- 1 Washcloth

COTH Registration Fee - Partial Payment Option (Per Student)

$325.00

This is the per student registration fee. A second payment of $325 per student is due on or before Saturday, June 28, bringing the total to $650 by that date.

If enrolling more than one child, please adjust the quantity to reflect the number of students.

You will receive a follow up email with a link back to this site so the final payment can be made on or before June 28, 2025.

The full payment of $650 per student covers the entire cost. No additional tuition payments are required.
