Story
How important is education to you?
School uniforms are required for children to go to school in Nicaragua, Honduras, and Bolivia. For the children of women in prostitution going to school reduces their high risk of being trafficked and provides education for a brighter future. You can give hope to the child of a woman coming out of prostitution by providing $30 for the required uniform to go to school.
Meet sisters Yasmine and Suli from House of Hope in Honduras!
Yasmine and Suli were out of school for more than 3 years because their mom couldn't afford school uniforms. Any income went towards providing life-saving medical care for their younger brother who suffers from chronic illness. These sisters were in grave risk of falling into the same trap as their mom and older sister, but thanks to the generosity of heroes like you their lives are changed! Yasmine and Suli received school uniforms last year through #GivingSchoolDay and are excited to be in school.
You can be a part of sending more than 2,200 kids to school this #GivingSchoolDay. Give $30 for a uniform and invite your community to get involved!
