Blue Ridge Hope offers services for general mental health counseling, reconciling personal loss and personal development of spiritual wholeness, and integrative healthy lifestyle coaching. Whether you are local for face-to-face time or remote we can accommodate most situations with today's amazing technology.

We are aware wholeness happens within an equitable community, so we advocate for social justice and racial reconciliation. We strive to offer these services to ALL people regardless of their ability to pay.

This has made the need for mental health services and greater access to all healthcare undeniably clear. Blue Ridge Hope aims to be a resource to meet the needs of individuals in Rutherford County and surrounding areas regarding their mental health and access to
healthcare. Each client who comes through Blue Ridge Hope for services completes a sliding scale to measure their income, insurance status, and wellbeing as an initial intake. Blue Ridge Hope is unique in that they can offer their services for as little as $10 a session, to absolutely free. We believe that no one should be turned away because of their income, insurance status, or lack thereof. Health
equity for the community at large lies at the core of our mission and heart. We aim to address the emotional and behavioral health issues of the community at large, but most importantly, for those who would have little to no access to much needed services otherwise.

Our organization also operates several programs ranging from after-school tutoring and mentorship for at-risk youth, career and personal development for young-adults, grief groups and workshops, Tai-Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention, A Matter of Balance workshops, and case management. All of these programs are funded through donations, grant funding, and fundraising.
