Many people know that the acronym "KIA" stands for "Killed In Action", be we have a different acronym; "KAH" or "Killed At Home". Since 9/11, about 7,100 Service Members have been KIA, yet more than 159,000 Veterans have been KAH by suicide. No fewer than 6,000 Veterans die by suicide each year. First Responders lose 150–200 annually, and Healthcare Workers about 1,600. Many of these deaths are rooted in untreated Post-Traumatic Stress [disorder] (PTSd)—and we want to help change that!

Help us "lay the bricks in 2026", so Tranquility Base USA can provide an environment of rest and recovery from PTSd, and Moral Injury (MI), for diagnosed military Veterans, First Responders, and Healthcare Workers of the USA. TBUSA's vision is for a 100+ acre compound in the Appalachian Mountains where those diagnosed with PTSd can come with immediate family and receive recovery therapies at no cost.
