Producing six shows a year is a labor of love which comes at a significant cost in both time and money. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we rely on your support. The average cost of a Heartstrings production is $10,500 and that our staff puts in over 90 hours of time to make it happen. Yet, rental costs for rehearsal and performance spaces alone account for upwards of $3,500 of each production’s budget. While moving into a new space will help lower our rehearsal costs, performance space rental costs remain a large portion of our show budget.

If we reach our campaign goal of $12,000, you’ll ensure that we can confidently settle into our new space, guarantee our ability to purchase and announce exciting shows for this summer, AND allow our staff to focus all their attention on preparing our students for the six shows left in our 2025/2026 season!
