Due to racist and targeted policy rollbacks pushed by Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, and Stephen Miller, Haitian immigrants who entered the U.S. legally under humanitarian parole or Temporary Protected Status (TPS) are being told to leave—with little to no notice.

These are workers who received two-year permits and are sponsored by US citizens, including families and friends who trusted in this country’s promise of safety and stability. Now, their protections are gone. The Department of Homeland Security has issued revocation notices, and many will be fired immediately - pushing them into crisis with no way to pay for rent, food, or legal help, and at risk of being deported to life-threatening conditions in Haiti.
