We are fundraising for The Company of Heaven's Help Someone Today campaign and the Big Giveaway food rescue and distribution event in Birmingham, Alabama (Nov 1-7, 2025). Local volunteers are busy preparing a calendar of giveaway sites, collecting food donations and managing food rescue logistics. We are working with our colleagues at Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, who will host the kick-off food giveaway on November 1st.

The Postharvest Education Foundation is raising funds in support of The Big Giveaway. 100% of any donations made during October 2025 will be used to purchase local staple foods in bulk, provide storage and transport services for donated foods, and logistics support for free food distribution to the local community. https://www.helpsomeonetodayevents.org/thebiggiveaway
